Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by 7 April 2010. Conference cancellations will be subject to a £50 / €75 service charge.
Cancellation requests received after 7 April 2010 and no-shows are subject to full payment.
Substitutions from the same company will be allowed and should be sent via email to EUC2010@phaseforward.com.
